Gosport Rotary is a member of Rotary International, a global network of more than 1.4 million members who believe that things get done when dedicated minds come together.

We are a group of like-minded individuals, business leaders and friends representing different professions, experiences, and perspectives but with a shared desire to connect with others and make a difference by working together.

Rotarians come from all walks of life, backgrounds with different skills and experiences. What they share is a desire to make a difference, whilst using their skills to help others and give back something to their community.

Joining Rotary can provide you with a great opportunity to use your skills to make a huge difference in your community.

Our members work with charities, projects and individuals that need help. We look for opportunities where we can make a difference and importantly we have a lot of fun in what we do together.

We have two types of membership, joining as an individual or as a corporate member.

As an individual member you will become a Rotarian in your name and be eligible to;

• Attend all meetings
• Attend all Gosport Rotary Social events
• Visit all clubs in UK
• Visit any club in the world
• Work on projects
• Lead a project
• Hold office
• Vote at Club Meetings
• Recognised as a Rotary member worldwide.

What is it ?

Rotary Corporate Membership allows an organisation or company in the club’s area to become a member of the Rotary club and to appoint up to four designees as the individuals attending club meetings, serving on projects, voting on club matters, and serving as club officers and on club committees as required.

In today’s busy business world it can be difficult for one individual to devout enough time to initiatives outside of their role. However Corporate membership provides the flexibility to share that time commitment with colleagues, whilst still gaining the benefit of working with Rotary to deliver rewarding and worthwhile projects to the local community and further afield.
